So, we finally have a class blog after almost 5 months. Well, I must say, the layout looks aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, albeit a little mundane. So, shall we all give all due credit to the man(?) who created this blog, Kelvin? Of course, we shouldn't forget Berny, together with everyone else who helped piece this together. Great job guys.
In accordance to the upcoming General Paper examination, which is scheduled to occur in less than 12 hours as of this post, I have decided to post in a formal and sophisticated manner, to address the intentions of this blog. It was created with much zeal and enthusiasm by Kelvin, with the hopes that we, the students of 09S26, will fully make use of it as a medium through which we can communicate with one another in a light-hearted and casual manner. So, shall we grant him what he so desperately desires? Of course not. But we will, obviously, use this blog to our utmost advantage, to share bits and pieces of useful information, whether it concerns our lives or not. As such, I would like to set down a set of ground rules for all of you to follow when making posts on this wonderous blog:
1. No posting of material intended to seriously insult, abuse or irritate any individual. It is fine to post with intentions of good humor regarding a certain individual, but please respect his/her rights to privacy and please take into consideration his/her feelings.
2. No posting of racist, pornographic, sexual, illegal, violent or otherwise disgusting material.
3. Announcements are welcome, but do not treat this blog as a main source of disseminating information. Please make use of the class relay system for important announcements.
4. Material posted does not necessarily have to be relevant to school life, interesting items can also be posted for entertainent. However, please make sure you're not infringing upon rules 1 and 2.
So far, I've only managed to come up with four regulations. Since we are a free and democratic nation, all suggestions are welcome.
So basically that's about it. Before I start my intensive last-minute cramming of high-profile information into my head in preparation for tomorrow, let's see how we can score for the language component:
1. Make sure your GRAMMAR is accurate.

2. Look where you insert your spaces.

3. And lastly, make sure your handwriting is legible.(Shen Kwang can skip this)

Just a few tips and pointers, and a little humor before the exams. Have an early night, and see you guys tomorrow!
